Using the traditional single screw feeder method, the material is transported out by the rotating power of the screw.

The feeder is installed up on the scale, and the material in the hopper is reduced after the screw runs. The special controller calculates the real-time flow rate by reducing the material per unit time. The special Model Algorithmic Control and PID algorithm control motor make it meet the setting feed rates.

Product contact parts are manufactured of stainless steel (can be changed according to the needs of customs), the scale is made of 304 stainless steel. Weigh bridge is installed in the cover which prevent the material into it to affect accuracy of the scale. This feeder is easy to clean and motor/screw assembly can be removed with easy tools.
