How the Vibratory feeders works

Vibratory Loss in weight feeder use the unique electromagnetic vibration technology, which generate sinusoidal displacement on the feeding trough, material uniform and stable horizontal forward transportation, completely overcome the non-uniform screw feeding.

Vibratory Loss in weight feeders are made of vibratory unit , steel groove, steel hopper . No mechanical parts which are easy to wear.

A special spring plate and a counterbalance block are installed between the vibrator and the fixed plate to provide shock absorption only in parallel with the desired direction of motion. Eliminates the rotary motion for stable and efficient material conveying.

Applications
