How the Liquid feeders works

Liquid Loss in weight feeder consists of a liquid tank mounted on a high precision weighing platform, and the liquid is pumped out by a metering pump outside the weighing platform.

Liquid is heated by electric heating strips or circulating hot oil or water heating systems. It adjust the heat preservation temperature by electric heating strip which controlled by temperature controller. Electric heating strip should be covered with insulation layer.

Applications

Liquid Loss in weight feeders are used in continuous production processes that require accurate feeding of liquid with poor fluidity or viscous paste that needs to be heated to flow normally.
