How the Gravimetric batch blender works

Gravimetric batch blender has a modular design, combined with high-speed pneumatic components and high-precision weigh bridge. The system will automatically calculate the feeding amount according to the proportion set by each component, which can make up for the deviation of the feeding amount caused by the difference of material fluidity and the change of density. The scale accuracy is 0.02%.

After mixing the raw materials through the anti-spiral stirring mechanism, get uniform mixing in the agitator. Using the high-precision weighing module, the lower limit of material setting can be set freely, so that the material can avoid the problem of false induction caused by capacitance sensor and uneven mixing caused by raw material stirring dead zone.

Modular detachable structure design, saving space and easy to clean;

Advanced control algorithm, autonomous optimization, automatic adjustment compensation and vibration prevention functions are adopted to ensure the best accuracy of ingredients.
