How the Twin Shafts Paddle Mixer works

Twin Shafts Paddle mixer consists of a horizontal vessel, a transmission mechanism, and a double-shaft stirring blade. Relative reverse rotation of the double shaft drives the blades of different angles to cyclically flip the material in the axial and radial directions. Under the action of high linear speed, the material is thrown up in a state of weightlessness (no gravity) and then falls. Material is cross-mixed when thrown and dropped. The material is driven by the paddle, and mixed in a reciprocating cycle in the vessel, and is mixed, sheared and separated by the meshing space of the double shaft, so that the material is quickly and uniformly mixed.

The discharge port has a large door type and a small door type. The large door type discharges quickly and without residue. The advantages of this machine are wide application range, high mixing uniformity and short mixing time.
