The processing capacity of each batch of the ribbon mixer is 0.1~20 cubic meters, and the processing capacity of each batch is 0.3~15 tons. The mixing time used is 3~15 minutes.

Ribbon mixer is composed of a U-shaped vessel, a ribbon stirring blade and a transmission part. Ribbon-shaped blade is generally made of double layers. When it working, the outer ribbon collects the material from both sides to the center, and the inner ribbon output the material. It is transported from the center to both sides to form convective mixing. The stirring part can also be made into a paddle type or add a chopper to adapt to different materials. The vessel cover can be made into an arched or fully open type, the arched shape can bear pressure, and the fully open type is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment. The advantages of this machine are wide application range, high mixing uniformity, short mixing time and large loading coefficient.
