How the Micro screw feeders works

Single screw or twin screw rotary power to small material output; Servo motor precisely controls the screw speed with special Model Algorithmic Control and PID, which ensure it work in low rates.

Product contact parts are manufactured of stainless steel (can be changed according to the needs of customs), the scale is made of 304 stainless steel. Weigh bridge is installed in the cover which prevent the material into it to affect accuracy of the scale. This feeder is easy to clean and motor/screw assembly can be removed with easy tools.
