The R&D team composed of senior mechanical engineers and electrical engineers completes the personalized production line scheme design based on customer parameters and production needs, including equipment structure design, electrical control logic, production line layout planning, etc., and outputs a complete set of 3D/2D engineering drawings and scheme instructions for customer review and confirmation, ensuring that the scheme fully matches the customer's production needs without design deviation.
After the scheme is confirmed, enter the standardized production link:
- Select high-quality core components, strictly follow the production process standards, and complete the processing, assembly and debugging of the equipment;
- Before delivery, each equipment undergoes 72-hour continuous trial operation, accuracy calibration and simulated production test to ensure stable equipment performance and up-to-standard accuracy, and eliminate unqualified products from leaving the factory.
After the equipment is produced, we arrange a professional technical team to go to the site to complete the on-site installation of the equipment, pipeline laying, linkage debugging with the press, and production line trial operation. At the same time, we conduct comprehensive operation training and maintenance training for the customer's operators and maintenance personnel to ensure that the customer can quickly start and stably produce until the production line is fully up to standard and the customer accepts it.
